Damages: If any prints, merchandise, and stickers arrive to you damaged please contact me via email as soon as possible. I will be more than happy to send out a free replacement. Within the email please provide a picture proof of the damaged product and any further details.

Shipping information: If you’re currently questioning the status of your order please note that you will receive an email when your item is shipped along with the tracking number.

Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order of prints, merchandise, or stickers to be shipped out after your order has been placed.

Pre-Orders: Please note that all items under pre-order/custom orders are not yet available when order has been placed. Different items take different time frames to be completed.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are first come first serve based. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit fee to the order before starting your custom piece. The non-refundable deposit fee goes towards the final product price which will be discussed before placing order.

I will send an email notice when I have began on your custom piece along with a summary of details regarding your painting and price.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for a small canvas to be completed, and 5-8 weeks for larger canvases to be completed after I have sent email confirmation stating I am starting on your special piece.

Additional information: Please note that I am a “one-man shop”, meaning I handle all orders alone and need different time frames to complete certain items. Please allow 2-3 days for me to get back to you.

Refunds: All purchases, and original pieces are final sale.
